We’ve got our office at Hno 1067A in Maruti Vihar, which is over in the Chakkarpur area of Gurgaon. It’s a busy little pocket of Haryana. International Design And Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd is where we spend most of our waking hours, mostly hunched over computers working on engineering models. The building is a bit older, and the stairs creak a little, but it has character. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us buried in a project. The desks are a bit messy with old blueprints and half-empty water bottles. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things, making sure the designs actually work in the real world. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with clients and sometimes a bit of frustration when a design needs to be changed for the tenth time. The weather in Gurgaon can be pretty brutal, so we’re grateful for the fans we have going. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people who know their way around a CAD program. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy decor because we’d rather just focus on the engineering work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we get the job done without any fuss.
