Our office is over in Sector 49, specifically in Block T of Rose Wood City. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. We’ve been here for a while, working out of this space and getting to know the locals. It’s a standard office setup with everything we need to keep the business going through the week. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and dealing with the administrative side of construction and property projects. It’s not a flashy place; we just have what we need to get through the workday without any fuss. The neighborhood of Rose Wood City is quite nice, and we see a lot of people out walking or driving by. We don't have any fancy sales pitches or marketing materials to give out. If someone comes in, we just talk to them normally about the properties they want to see. Some days are filled with meetings and site visits, while others are just us catching up on emails and phone calls. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee throughout the day. The windows look out onto the street, which is good for seeing what’s going on in the block. We keep our documents in tall filing cabinets and try to stay on top of the schedule. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done.
