Incn Construction Development Private Limited is based out of Tower-E, specifically Flat Number 302. We are in The Residency in Ardee City. If you know Sector-52 in Gurgaon, you know it’s a pretty active place with a lot of people coming and going. We are right by Gate Number 2. Working from a flat in a residency is actually pretty good because it keeps us right in the middle of the neighborhood we are working in. We do a lot of construction and development work around here. It’s a mix of big projects and smaller ones. Sometimes the elevators in Tower-E are slow, which can be a pain when we are in a hurry to get to a site, but we make it work. The Residency is a nice spot, and being near Gate 2 makes it easy for people to find us if they need to talk about a project. We aren't some giant corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us in the office, looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Gurgaon is always growing, and we are just trying to keep up with the development side of things. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes the deadlines are tight, but that is the nature of construction. We’ve been here in Haryana for a bit now and we like the rhythm of Sector-52. It’s just how we get things done every day.
