You can find IJS BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED at UGF-18 in Charmwood Plaza. This is over in the Eros Garden Colony area on Surajkund Road. It is a busy part of Faridabad, especially with all the people coming and going from the shops nearby. Our office is not very large, but it serves its purpose for the buildtech work we do. We mostly deal with construction supplies and helping people figure out what they need for their projects. The plaza has a lot of energy, and there is always someone grabbing a snack or heading to another office. We like being on the upper ground floor because it is easy for people to walk in if they have a question. We have been here for some time now and have seen the colony change quite a bit. Surajkund Road gets really packed during the local fairs, which can make getting to work a bit of a struggle, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Most of our paperwork is kept in old-fashioned filing cabinets because we have not quite moved everything to the computer yet. It feels more real that way. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons usually involve some local site visits. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak heat.
