We’ve been working out of Plot No. F-106 in Sector 110 for a while now. It’s right there in F Block of New Palam Vihar, and if you’re coming from Gulmohar Park, you’ll find us pretty easily. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get things done. Most days start with a lot of phone calls and looking over site plans. It gets quite busy around here, especially with all the new stuff coming up in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time out on the sites, checking on how things are moving along. There’s always some dust on our shoes from the construction spots. Sometimes we’re just sitting here with a cup of tea, trying to figure out the best way to handle a tricky corner of a plot. People stop by to ask about what's being built or just to say hello since we're local. It’s a lot of practical work, dealing with paperwork and materials. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure the houses and buildings actually get finished. Sector 110 is changing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the traffic near the park is a mess, but we manage. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days. Every project has its own set of headaches, but we just take them one at a time.
