Hot Land Base Llp

Hot Land Base Llp is found at Suite No 119 and 120. We are on the first floor of the Edmonton Mall which is part of the Hotel Bristol complex in DLF Phase 1. It’s a well-known spot so people usually don't have too much trouble finding us. The mall itself has been around for a while and has a bit of an older feel compared to the brand new ones. We like it though. Our suites are side by side and that is where we run our land base operations. It is a bit of a maze in the mall sometimes but once you find the first floor it is easy. We spend most of our time looking at maps and dealing with land documents. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about but it keeps us busy. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day unless we really have to. Most of the time it is just us in our regular clothes trying to get through the pile of work on our desks. The hotel being right there is handy for when we have people coming in from out of town. DLF Phase 1 is a nice area and we’ve seen it grow so much over the years. We just keep doing our thing and helping people find what they need. It’s a steady pace and we prefer it that way instead of the usual corporate rush.
