Homeparth Construction Private Limited is located on the third floor of Flat Number 302. We are in Ratan Vihar, specifically Gali Number 4, inside the Bharti Homes building. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot for us in Gurgaon. Being in a residential area like Ratan Vihar makes sense because a lot of what we do is related to housing. We aren't a big, polished firm with a receptionist and a coffee machine for guests. It’s more of a workspace where we figure out the logistics of our building projects. Gurgaon is a crazy place for construction right now, and we are just one part of that. We spend our days talking to contractors and trying to keep our projects on track. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things get a little disorganized, but we always pull it together to get the job finished. We don't spend money on big ads. People usually find out about us because they saw a building we worked on or a friend told them. It’s just simple construction work. We like being in the middle of a busy neighborhood because it keeps us connected to what people actually need. We take things as they come and try to handle the daily headaches of construction with a bit of patience. It is just a few of us here getting things done.
