HIGHRAISE CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTANTPRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Spaze I-Tech Park over in Sector 49. We are in Tower B-1, up in room 1051. Being on Sohna Road in Gurugram means we are right in the thick of the action. It is a massive tech park, and sometimes it feels like a city of its own with all the people coming and going. We handle both the construction side of things and the consulting part. It sounds like a lot, and it usually is. Our office is a busy place, filled with maps, contracts, and a lot of coffee cups. We do not have time for fancy corporate language; we just tell it like it is. If a project is going to be late, we say so. If a budget needs adjusting, we fix it. Working in the 122018 area gives us a front-row seat to all the high-rise buildings going up around us. It is a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. Most of our days are spent in meetings or on the phone, trying to coordinate between different sites. We are not the biggest firm in the building, but we work hard to make sure our clients get what they need. It is a tough business, but we have been at it for a while now and know the ropes pretty well. It is just us doing our thing.
