Hardware Solution

We are located in Subhash Nagar, right on New Railway Road near the Bhim Nagar Chowk. If you know this part of town, you know it’s always loud because of the trains and the traffic. Hardware Solution is just a regular shop where we keep all sorts of tools and parts. The shelves are pretty high, and sometimes we have to climb up to find what a customer is looking for. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights. Most of the time, the lighting is a bit dim, and there is a smell of metal and oil in the air. We’ve got stacks of containers filled with nails, screws, and all the little things people need for their homes. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out which part fits what they are fixing. We don't have a script or anything; we just talk like normal people. Sometimes we don't have what someone wants, and we tell them where else they might find it. It’s a neighborhood shop, really. We see the same faces every week. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the first customer. It’s steady work, and it’s what we know how to do. The New Railway Road is a hectic place, but it feels like home to us now. We just try to keep the inventory organized so we can find things when it gets busy.
