HAPPY MASTER CONSTRUCTOR PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of No. 299 / 19 in Hans Enclave, which is a busy part of Gurugram. We mostly deal with the actual building work, getting our hands dirty on the sites. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when multiple deliveries arrive at once or when we’re trying to coordinate with the sub-contractors. The office is often filled with blue prints and half-finished cups of tea. We started this because we knew the area well and saw there was always a need for more hands on deck. The traffic in Gurgaon is always a headache, so we try to plan our site visits early in the morning to avoid the worst of it. We have a small team of people who have been doing this for years. They know the local rules and how to get things done without making a big scene. It is a straightforward business where we focus on the bricks and mortar. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or just by seeing our guys working around the neighborhood on daily jobs.
