We’re based out of 505 in Udyog Vihar, Phase-V. If you know this area, you know it’s mostly factories and offices all lined up together. Gsr Fashions Pvt. Ltd is just another one of those places where people come to get their work done every day. The building is a standard industrial block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a lot of activity, with machines running and people moving back and forth between the different sections. It can get quite loud during the day, so you have to speak up a bit to be heard. We don't have any fancy lounges or polished floors here. It’s a practical workspace meant for production and getting things shipped out. The dust from the road outside usually finds its way in, no matter how much we sweep. We spend most of our days on the floor, checking on things and making sure the orders are moving along. It’s a lot of standing and walking around, which can be tiring by the end of the shift. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us head when we need a break. We’ve been in Phase-V for a good stretch now, and we’ve seen the area change a bit, but our routine stays pretty much the same. It’s just a regular company doing its best in a busy industrial zone. We just focus on the task in front of us.
