Greemax Developers Pvt. Ltd. is located at H.No.C-38 Sahibkunj in the New Palam area of Gurgaon. This part of Haryana is growing really fast, so there’s always some construction going on nearby. Our office is actually in a house, which is pretty common for smaller development firms in this area. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the new buildings coming up, but that’s just part of life in Gurgaon these days. Inside, we have maps spread out on the tables and a lot of files about land and building permits. It’s not a sleek glass office like the ones you see in Cyber City. It’s much more basic and real. We spend our days talking to people about plots and homes. We don't have any big marketing gurus here; it’s just us trying to figure out the best way to develop these properties. The power goes out sometimes, and we just wait for the generator to kick in. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We know most of the neighbors and the local tea sellers. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk when we describe what we do. We just look at the land, see what can be built, and try to get the paperwork through. It’s a lot of practical work and everyday problem-solving for us here in Sahibkunj. We just keep our heads down and keep building.
