Our office is Unit Number 854, over in Tower B2 of the Spaze I Tech park in Sector 49. We are Gouda Torgerson Humengi Building Systems India Private Limited. It is a long name, but we usually just focus on the building systems part of the job. Being in a tech park like Spaze I Tech means there is always something happening. There are a lot of other companies around, so it’s quite a busy environment. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of how buildings work. It’s a lot of looking at systems and making sure everything is running the way it should. Gurgaon is a hub for this kind of work, so Sector 49 is a good place for us to be located. The unit itself is a decent size, enough for our team to sit down and figure out the complicated stuff. Sometimes we are stuck in meetings for hours, and other times we are out checking on equipment in different parts of the city. The traffic near the tech park can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk; we just try to solve the problems that come up with these building systems. It’s practical work that requires a lot of attention to detail, and we’ve been doing it here in Haryana for quite some time now. It keeps us on our toes.
