If you’re looking for Global Realty Venture Ltd., you can find us in Sector-43. We are in the Global Foyer building, specifically in office 303 on the 3rd floor. It’s right on Golf Course Road, which is always packed with cars and people going somewhere. Our office isn't huge, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We’ve got our computers and a bunch of folders full of project details. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are interested in different ventures. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we end up chatting with the other folks who work in the Foyer. It’s a good way to stay connected to the neighborhood. We’ve been in Sector-43 for some time and have seen how much Golf Course Road has changed. It's definitely gotten busier. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most of the people who come to see us at 303 heard about us through someone else. We just try to be straightforward about the properties and the plans. It can be a lot of work to keep track of everything, but we like the pace. Being up on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street. It’s a practical spot for a practical business.
