We are Genisys Property Builders. Our office is located on the 5th floor of Gateway Tower in Cyber City, Phase III, over in Gurugram. It is a very busy area with a lot of glass buildings and traffic, but we have made our home here. We deal with property development and building projects across the region. It is a lot of work involving permits, contractors, and long hours on site. We aren't a massive, polished firm; we are just a group of people who know how the property market works in Haryana. Some days we are stuck in the office dealing with heaps of paperwork that never seems to end. Other days we are out at a site wearing boots and checking on the progress of a new structure. Things rarely go exactly as planned in this business—there is always a delay with a supplier or a change in the weather—but we just deal with it as it happens. We do not use any of that fancy corporate talk because it does not really fit who we are. We are practical people. We want to see buildings go up and stay up. It is satisfying to see a project finally reach completion after months of hard work. We have been in this game long enough to know that honesty is better than a sales pitch. If you are ever in Cyber City and find yourself near Gateway Tower, that is where you will find us, likely drinking tea and looking over some site plans. We are just here to get the work done.
