We are located up on the 5th floor of Building 7A in Cyber City, right in the middle of DLF Phase III in Gurgaon. It is a very different world up here compared to the streets below. You spend a lot of time waiting for elevators and walking through long corridors with glass walls. The office is modern, but it still feels like a place where people actually work hard rather than just sitting in meetings. We have a lot of computers, and the humming of the servers is like background music to our day. From our windows, you can see the metro moving back and forth and the endless rows of buildings that make up this part of the city. It can feel a bit clinical at times with all the grey and white decor, so we try to keep our own desks a bit messy with personal stuff to make it feel more like home. We usually grab lunch at the food court or bring something from home to eat in the pantry while staring out at the skyline. The work is steady and sometimes quite demanding, especially when deadlines are tight. We aren't big on corporate slogans; we just focus on the technical side of things and try to stay productive. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve found our own rhythm within the big building. Even with all the glass and steel, it’s the people here who make the long days feel a bit shorter.
