Fmah Construction (Opc) Private Limited is based out of the second floor at C-190 in Mayfield Garden. If you know Sector-50 in Gurgaon, you know it is a pretty established spot. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually busy with cars and delivery bikes. Our office is a simple space where we handle all the construction planning. We have been working on various projects around the area for a while. The desks are covered in site photos and scraps of paper with measurements. It feels like a real workspace, not one of those sterile offices you see in magazines. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need a contract ready, which is always annoying. We have a small team here and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on the supply of gravel. The Gurgaon weather can be brutal, so we are glad to have a roof over our heads while we do the paperwork. Sector-50 is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the buildings finished on time without too much trouble. It is a lot of coordination with workers and making sure the trucks arrive when they are supposed to. We just try to do an honest job every day we come in.
