Fashion Jamun

Fashion Jamun is located at Plot No. 23 in Sector 18. It’s a straightforward location in a part of town that has a lot of other businesses just like ours. We have a decent-sized plot where we do all our cutting and stitching. It’s not the sort of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for what we need to do every day. We have a routine where we start early, get the machines warmed up, and start going through the day's tasks. There’s always a lot of chatter among the staff, mostly about what we had for dinner or what’s happening in the news. We don’t really do formal meetings. If there’s a problem with a design or a piece of fabric, we just huddle around a table and figure it out right then and there. It’s a very hands-on way of working. The shelves are usually overflowing with different colors and textures, and it can take a minute to find exactly what you’re looking for. Sector 18 is a busy place, and we are just one part of the puzzle here. We aren't interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. We just make clothes and try to do a solid job of it. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it and move on. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to earn a living and make something useful.
