We’ve been set up at J 4-14 in DLF Phase-2 for a while now. Most folks find us easily because we’re right near Uma Sanjeevani Hospital. It’s a busy area but we like it here. Etek Retail Solutions India Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working on retail stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at how shops run and trying to make things simpler for them. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with equipment, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren’t a giant fancy corporation with suits, just a regular team in a regular office. We’ve had some long days here, especially when a big project comes in, but we usually manage to get through it with some tea. The traffic around the hospital can be a bit much in the mornings, so we’ve learned to come in early or stay a bit later. We handle various retail tech needs, mostly helping businesses manage their day-to-day operations better. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years since we moved into this spot in Gurgaon. If you walk past the hospital, you’ll find us tucked away. We focus on getting the job done right rather than talking about it too much. It’s about making sure the software or whatever we’re setting up actually helps the person using it at their store. We just do our thing here in Phase-2.
