Erica Buildtech Private Limited

House No. 3, Block Dsector 39 is where we set up Erica Buildtech. It's a regular house that we use for the business. We do a lot of construction work, which means we spend more time on sites than sitting behind a desk. Some days it’s just about managing the laborers and making sure the sand and bricks arrive when they are supposed to. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a few of us who know the trade. Building things in this area takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the permits take forever or the weather stops us from pouring concrete. We just deal with it as it comes. Our office has some old files, a couple of plastic chairs, and a map of the local sectors on the wall. It’s not fancy. We don’t do big presentations. If you come by, we usually just talk over a cup of tea about what needs to be done. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and it’s mostly about getting the job finished so we can move to the next one. There’s always something breaking or needing a fix, and that keeps us busy enough. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just rely on doing the work and people seeing the buildings we finish. It’s dusty and loud work most days, but it is what it is. We just try to stay honest and keep the projects moving forward. It is tough but good.
