Eredific India is located over at 2167 in Sector 4. We are right near the Blue Bell Model School, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of Gurgaon. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we fit right in. We do various types of construction and infrastructure work. It’s a hands-on business. We don't spend much time sitting in fancy chairs. Most of the day is spent on site, checking on the progress of the walls or the plumbing. The office is really just a base of operations for the morning meetings and where we keep the main files. We have a crew that’s been with us for a long time, and we all know how to get things done without a lot of unnecessary talking. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just local people working in the building trade. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 4 makes things difficult, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years to keep things moving. We handle the labor, the sourcing of materials, and the general management of the plot. It’s a lot of work, and it can be quite stressful when deadlines are tight. But we keep at it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny offices. We just do the job and move on to the next one. It’s been working for us so far, and we like the local feel of the business.
