Equity Landbase Private Limited has its office over in Gurgaon, specifically at Unit No 315 on the 3rd floor of Spaze Edge. We are located near Malibu Town in Sector 47, which is a pretty active part of the city. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is always busy with people moving around. The Spaze Edge building is a well-known landmark, so it's not hard for people to visit us. We spend most of our time dealing with land-related matters and keeping track of the market here in Haryana. It is a fast-paced environment in Sector 47, but we try to keep our office atmosphere fairly relaxed and down-to-earth. We don't go in for anything too flashy. Our space is filled with maps, documents, and the usual office equipment. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who come by to talk about land. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen how much the area around Malibu Town has grown. It used to be much quieter, but now it is a major hub. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have in front of us. It is a practical way to run a business in a place like Gurgaon.
