We are based out of Palam Vihar, specifically at House 1158 in the Ansals area. Epcglobal India Pvt Ltd has been in Gurgaon for quite a while now. This side of town feels a bit different from the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. Our work involves a lot of electronic product codes and making sure global standards are met here in India. It's a lot of technical stuff that requires a sharp eye. The office is basically just a converted house, so it has that lived-in feel. We have stacks of manuals and technical guides everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in three-piece suits. We’re more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of team. Most of our morning is spent answering emails from different time zones because of the global nature of what we do. 122017 is our zip code and we’ve become pretty familiar with the local delivery guys who bring us our mail. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break, but usually, we’re grinding through data. We’ve had some people stay with the company for a long time, so it feels a bit like a family business even if we deal with international stuff. It’s just regular people doing a specific job. We don’t make a big fuss about things. We just get the work done and go home when the sun sets.
