We set up shop on the fifth floor of the Metrapolis Mall here in Hisar. It’s right across from Vidyut Nagar and pretty close to the Midtown area. Being in a mall is convenient because we can grab a quick lunch easily, but mostly we are just tucked away in Office number 4. We handle a lot of estate matters, helping people find spots for their businesses or homes. Hisar is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we try to keep things friendly and honest. We don’t have a big marketing budget or flashy billboards. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who drop by the mall. The elevator to the fifth floor can be a bit slow sometimes, but the view of the city from up here is actually decent. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of local knowledge about who owns what and which plots are opening up. We’ve been around for a while now, and we’ve seen the town expand towards the outskirts. It’s interesting to see how things change. We just keep doing our thing, helping out where we can and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the local community. Usually, the mall traffic picks up in the evening, which is when we start wrapping up our files for the day.
