Encoders India is located at 79-B in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate over in Sec-31. Anyone who has spent time in this part of the estate knows it's mostly a long line of warehouses and small factories. Our place is pretty standard for the neighborhood. It has those high ceilings and a big, heavy metal door at the entrance. Sec-31 gets a bit dusty when the big trucks roll through, but that's just life in an industrial zone. We spend most of the day inside where it’s a little quieter and we can focus. The layout is very simple. There is a main floor and then some space for the office work tucked in the back. You won't find any fancy decorations or art on these walls. We just keep the things we actually need to get through the work day. Sometimes the power flickers when the whole estate is running at full capacity, but we have our own ways of dealing with that. It’s a practical environment for sure. We’ve been at 79-B for a good while now and know the guys in the units next door. Usually, we just grab lunch from the local canteen or eat together at our desks. It isn't anything fancy, just a solid place to work where we stay focused on the job. We like the honesty of working in an industrial estate like this.
