If you are looking for us, we are over at the Golf View Corporate Tower on Golf Course Road, up on the third floor in Sector 42. This is where we manage the various parts of Elan Group Llp. It’s a central spot for us, making it easier to get around to our different sites in the city. The office is usually humming with people on phones or sitting around a table trying to figure out the next steps for a project. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen how much the area has built up. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished company. We are just a group of individuals who know the construction and development world well. The days can be pretty long, and there is always some problem that needs solving, whether it’s a supply issue or a deadline that’s creeping up too fast. We try to keep our feet on the ground, even though our office is three floors up. Most of what we do involves a lot of back-and-forth communication with vendors and teams. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get the buildings finished so people can actually use them. Sector 42 is a good home for us because it keeps us close to the action. Elan Group Llp is basically our daily life, filled with blueprints and regular meetings to keep things on track.
