Dsk Realtech Private Limited is based at House No. 593 in Sector-13. It is a straightforward setup. We have been here for a good while and the office is basically just a converted part of the house. It works for us because it keeps things low-key and we don't have to deal with the madness of a big office park. Sector 13 is a busy area but our street is mostly okay. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and checking in on our real estate projects. To be honest, there is always something going on so the days go by pretty fast. We find that being in a residential sector helps us stay connected to what is actually happening in the market.
