Our office is out in Alipur village, which is part of the Ghamroj area in Gurgaon. We are situated right near the Government Girls School. It is a landmark that everyone around here recognizes, so we always tell people to look for that. This part of the district is much quieter than the center of Gurgaon with all its skyscrapers. We have a simple building where we manage our estate development work. It is not a polished place. The rooms are basic and we have just what we need to get through the day. You can often hear the school kids outside during their break times, which gives the place a very local feel. We have a small team here. Most of our mornings are spent catching up on emails and checking site reports. Since we are in a village setting, things are a bit more relaxed than in a big city office. We deal with the usual stuff like dust from the roads and the occasional power cut. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us working on the projects we have in front of us. We have a few tables pushed together for meetings and a corner where we keep all the physical files. It is a functional space that works for what we need to do. We like being a bit removed from the main city rush. It lets us focus on the actual ground work.
