We set up Dharam Structures over in Green Wood City, specifically at B-69. Sector 45 is a pretty decent part of Gurugram to be in. We’re mostly focused on the bones of buildings, the structures that actually hold everything up. It’s a lot of steel and concrete and sweating in the sun. We aren't really the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of our staff is usually out at the site making sure things are being put together the right way. We don't use any of those big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We just build things. If a wall isn't straight, we tear it down and do it again. That’s just the rule we have. Sometimes the neighbors in Green Wood City probably wish we were a bit quieter, but you can't build things without making some noise. It’s a family-run kind of thing, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We know our workers and we know the people who buy from us. There’s no mystery to what we do. You show up, you work hard, and you go home at the end of the day. We’ve seen the city grow around us, and it’s nice to know some of those buildings are standing because we put the effort in. Our desk is always covered in dust from the site, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually working.
