We are located in Vatika Kunj, which is in the village of Bhondsi over in Gurgaon. It’s an interesting spot because you’ve got the city growing out towards us, but it still feels like a village in some ways. Dhanu Buildtech is our little company where we focus on all sorts of building tech and construction work around Haryana. Working from Bhondsi means we aren't stuck in the middle of the heavy Gurgaon traffic every single minute, though we do have to drive into the city a lot for our projects. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our plans and tools. We aren't the type of people to sit in suits all day. Most of us are more comfortable in boots on a dusty site. We started this because we knew how to build and wanted to do it our own way without all the corporate layers you see in the big firms. People come to us at Vatika Kunj when they want something built without a lot of fuss. We know the local land and the local rules, which helps a lot when you're trying to get things done. It’s hard work, and some days are longer than others, but we like seeing a project go from a pile of dirt to a finished structure. That’s what keeps us going through the long weeks. We aren't fancy, just dedicated to the job we have in front of us.
