Dhankar Builders Private Limited

Dhankar Builders Private Limited is based out of The Heaven-55Omaxe City. We’ve been here for a bit now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by the office. It gets busy during the middle of the week, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we get things done. Building stuff takes time and there's always something to fix or look at. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the files. Being in Omaxe City means we see a lot of the same faces around. It’s a decent spot to work from. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here really likes those long meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather be out at a site checking on progress. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to figure it out. That’s just the reality of construction and building things. We keep our tools and plans in the back. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually there. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular place where we do our daily work. We’ve stayed in this area because it makes sense for what we do.
