Da Homes (Opc) Private Limited is based right out of Gurgaon Greens, specifically in Tower-27. If you know Basai Road, you know exactly where we are. It’s a pretty busy part of town near Dhankot. We’re up in Apartment-801, so we have a bit of a view of the surrounding area when the weather is clear. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure things run right. Being an OPC means things are a bit more personal here than at those giant companies with hundreds of employees. We’ve been in Sec-102 for a bit now and it feels like home. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up shop. There’s always construction or something going on nearby, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby with marble floors. It’s just an office where we sit down and handle the daily grind. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, but we don't mind too much. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Gurgaon, just a reliable one that stays in its lane. Dealing with homes and property stuff is what we know. We try to keep it simple and honest. If you need to find us, just head down Basai Road and look for the Gurgaon Greens towers. We’ll be there in the 8th floor office, probably drinking tea and working through a stack of papers.
