CZARR BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the M3M Golf Estate in Phase 2, specifically at MGP-PS-3/15 B. It’s a pretty nice area, but we are mostly focused on the technical side of building things. Construction is a lot more complicated than it looks from the outside, with all the regulations and the materials you have to source from different vendors. We spend a lot of our time dealing with those details so everything runs smooth. Our office is where we do the planning, though the real action happens out where the machines are moving and the dust is flying. We moved into this spot because it puts us right in the middle of where a lot of growth is happening in the city. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and things get messy, but we try to stay on top of it so the work on-site doesn't stop. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the projects we have going on. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. We just focus on the buildtech side, making sure the structures are solid and the engineering is right. The guys in the office are usually busy on their computers or on the phone with suppliers trying to find a better deal. It gets a bit loud and hectic during the peak season, but that is just how the construction business goes. We’ve been around the Gurugram circuit for a bit now and know the ropes.
