We started Czar Buildwell Private Limited out of our place in Kadipur. It is right there on Gali Number 3, just a short walk from Vaishali Public NR School. Being in Gurgaon for a while now, we have seen how much the area has changed. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with various construction jobs and building work around this part of town. It is not always easy work, but we keep at it day after day. The office is at House No. 104 if anyone needs to drop by for a chat. We do not have a big fancy setup, just a regular local business trying to handle things properly. People around here know us because we have been in the neighborhood for quite some time. Sometimes the traffic near the school gets a bit heavy in the mornings, but we manage to get our materials moved around. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure the sites are moving along as they should. It is basically just us working on site or from the desk in Kadipur. There are always new houses going up around here, and we are usually involved in some part of that process. We just take things one project at a time and try to stay busy. It feels good to see a building finished after weeks of dust and noise. That is basically what we do here in Gurgaon.
