You can find us on Sohna Road, at D-49 in Vipul World, Sector-48. It’s a well-known area in Gurgaon and the office is easy enough to get to, though the traffic on Sohna Road can be pretty bad during the morning rush. We are Crux Technobuild LLP and we spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of building things. The office is where we do the planning, but the real work happens out where the dirt is. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the office, mostly technical drawings and samples of materials we are considering for different projects. It’s not the most orderly place in the world, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and spend too much time staring at screens or arguing about schedules. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes the weather ruins a whole week of work, but that’s just the construction life. We know the neighbors around Vipul World pretty well by now. We aren't some distant company; we are right here in the community. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we know the local problems and the local ways of getting things done. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we prefer it this way rather than sitting in some fancy high-rise downtown where you can't even see the ground. We just stay focused on our tasks.
