CROSSOVER INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We are way up on the 12A floor of Tower-2 in the M3M International Financial Center. Being in Sector-66 is a bit different from our old spots. It’s a tall building, so the elevator ride takes a minute, especially during lunch when everyone is coming and going. The view from up here is actually okay, you can see quite a bit of Gurgaon’s skyline. Crossover Infratech is just a regular office inside this big tower. We have our desks, our computers, and the usual piles of paper that come with infra work. It feels a bit more modern than some other places, but we still have the same daily grind. We deal with projects all over, but this is where the planning happens. The M3M IFC building is quite busy, with lots of other companies around. Sometimes it feels a bit corporate, but inside our doors, we keep it pretty relaxed. We aren't wearing suits every day unless we have a big meeting. Usually, it's just us trying to figure out schedules and budgets. The air conditioning is always blasting, which is a relief in the summer months. We spend a lot of time in front of screens. It’s a long day sometimes, and the commute to Sector-66 can be tiring with the traffic on the main roads. But we’ve got a good routine going here. We just come in, do our bits of work, and head home when the sun starts going down.
