Construction Care Agency Private Limited is based in Gulmohar City in Sector 29. It’s a nice area to have an office because it’s a bit more peaceful than the industrial zones. We handle a lot of the agency and coordination work that goes into building projects. Our space in Gulmohar City is where we keep all the records, permits, and project maps. It’s a functional office, filled with desks and cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t really worry about the decor because we are usually too busy keeping track of different sites. Sector 29 is a good location for us since it’s central to a lot of the development happening in this part of town. Construction Care Agency Private Limited is run by a group of us who have been in the industry for years. We know that things can go wrong on a site in a heartbeat, so we spend our time trying to prevent those issues. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to contractors and government offices. We don't have a flashy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the construction projects we are looking after actually get completed without too many headaches. It can be a bit of a grind sometimes, and the days can get really long when a deadline is approaching. But we just keep at it, one project at a time, from our base here in Sector 29.
