We mostly focus on land and local development stuff in this part of the state. Being in Sherpur keeps us right in the middle of where things are changing. Gurgaon is growing fast, and even out here in Pataudi, you can feel the shift. We started this because we saw how much work needed to be done with the local plots and layouts. It’s a lot of walking around fields and checking boundaries, which can get tiring when the heat is up. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. People from the village often stop by to talk about land or just to see what’s happening with new projects.
