Cjb Developers is located at House Number 4 in Maruti Kunj, over in the Bhondsi area of Gurgaon. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so our office is actually a house. We find that working out of a house makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. Maruti Kunj is a familiar name to people around here, and being at House No-4 makes us pretty easy to spot once you get into the neighborhood. We spend our days dealing with land development and various building tasks. There’s usually a pot of tea on the stove and someone coming in or out with some blueprints. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, with papers and samples of materials lying around, but we know where everything is. Bhondsi is a growing area, so there is always some new project to look at. We don't use any high-level marketing talk because we don't think it’s necessary. We just talk to people plainly about what can be done with their space. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep working through it. It’s a real, local business run by people who actually live and work in the Gurgaon area. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. We just focus on the daily grind of being developers. It's not glamorous work, but it's what we know, and we do it every single day without fail.
