Chopra Construction (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Sector-14, specifically at House No. 159. If you know the area, you probably know Janki Daas Hospital, which is right near us. Being an OPC means it is a pretty small setup, mostly just one person handling the big decisions with a bit of help here and there. It stays busy because of where we are. There is always someone coming or going from the hospital nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk sorting through stacks of papers. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the buildings around us change quite a bit. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated. We try to keep our head down and get the projects finished without too much fuss. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street when the afternoons get long. It’s a local operation and we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just a door and a desk where we handle the day's business. We have gotten to know the locals around Sector-14 pretty well over the years and we just keep things moving.
