CHEROOT INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

We've got our little setup here in Kadipur, right by the MRF showroom. It’s a bit of a landmark so people don't usually get lost looking for us. Preetam Singh Dagar is the one who handles most of the correspondence since it's his place we use as the base for CHEROOT INFRA. Basai is right around the corner too. We do infrastructure work, which means a lot of time spent out on sites rather than sitting in the office. This place is mainly for keeping the records straight and meeting with the foreman. It gets pretty busy around here with the cars going to the showroom next door. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the post office nearby, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Gurgaon, just trying to do steady work that pays the bills. There are a few of us who have been doing this for years now. We know the local roads and the land issues around here quite well. The office is simple, just some desks and a couple of chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't help the work get done. When we aren't here, we are usually checking on progress or dealing with some permit or another. It’s a lot of running around, really. Most days we end up grabbing tea at the stall nearby and talking about the next job.
