CH HORAM CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, CH Horam Construction Private Limited, is run right out of House Number 1 in Ullawas village. We are pretty close to the Indira Gandhi Hospital in Gurugram, which is a good landmark if anyone is trying to find us. It’s a local setup, started by Horam and Jagmal. We aren't one of those huge companies with a skyscraper office. We work where we live, basically. This village has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up everywhere. We mostly take on local projects, helping people put up houses or small commercial spots. It’s a lot of work dealing with the heat and the dust, but that’s construction for you. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Usually, someone just walks over or calls because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend most of our day on the actual building sites rather than sitting behind a desk. It can be a bit chaotic with all the materials arriving at different times, but we manage to get things sorted out eventually. We just like to keep things simple and do the job as it comes. It's a local operation and we know the area around here like the back of our hand. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, which is building. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to keep the work moving along.
