Center For Excellence

If you look for Center For Excellence, you will find us at Galleria Hamilton Road in DLF City Phase IV, Gurgaon. It is a very busy part of town and parking is almost always a nightmare around here. Our office is tucked away in the building and it’s usually humming with the sound of the air conditioner and people typing. Gurgaon 122002 is always moving fast, and we feel that here too. We have people dropping in all the time asking for directions or wanting to know what we do. It’s mostly training and helping people get better at what they do for work. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The rooms aren't massive, so when a full group is here, it feels quite cramped. We try to keep the schedules on track, but sometimes things run late and we end up staying long after the shops downstairs have closed. The lighting in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you step inside, it’s bright enough. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just a few of us trying to run a decent center. Some days the phones won't stop ringing and other days it is surprisingly quiet. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things running. It’s not always perfect, but we get the job done without too much fuss.
