Our office is based out of Habitat Residences over in Sector-78, which is part of Village Faridpur in Faridabad. It is an interesting mix of a new residential area and the older village surroundings. BUILDSHAPE INFRA-MAINTAIN PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves. We handle a lot of the upkeep and infrastructure tasks that keep things running. Since we are right there in the residences, we see the day-to-day reality of how buildings work and where they fail. It’s not a fancy corporate park. It’s more of a ground-level operation. We spend a lot of time walking around and looking at pipes, walls, and roads. Some days are just spent on the phone coordination with different crews. There is always some maintenance work to be done. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and try to keep the infrastructure in good shape. It’s a lot of manual checking and planning. Sometimes it’s messy work. The office is small and usually has a few tools lying around. We’ve become part of the local scene here in Faridpur. Most people in the residences know who we are by now. We just show up and do what’s needed for the day.
