Our office is at Level 1, One Horizon Centre. It’s right on Golf Course Road in DLF Phase V, Sector 43. This part of the city is always moving fast. Broadwalk Developers Private Limited has been set up here for a bit. It’s a busy spot, and you can see people rushing around all day long. Even though the building is modern, we try to keep our actual office space feeling a bit more relaxed. We don't really like that cold, corporate vibe that some places have. Most of our day is spent looking at maps, talking to architects, and trying to keep projects on track. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the traffic on Golf Course Road is a total nightmare, so we end up staying late just to let it clear out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy brochures. We just show up and do the development work that we know how to do. There are plenty of big names in this area, but we just focus on our own tasks. It’s a small group of us here. We share a lot of the work and don't worry too much about titles. If something needs to be filed or a phone needs answering, whoever is closest just does it. It works for us and keeps the days moving along. We like the energy of being in the middle of everything.
