We are up on the 10th floor of Tower-D in the Global Business Park. It is right on M.G Road in Gurgaon. BRIGHTSHAPE TOWNSHIP PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on the door. Even though we are up high in a big business park, we try to keep things pretty grounded. The view is nice, but we are usually too busy looking at maps and project files to notice it much. Townships are a big undertaking, and there is a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and planners. It can get pretty tiring dealing with all the red tape. We have a lot of coffee in this office, that’s for sure. Some days the elevators take forever, and you end up talking to people from other companies while you wait. It is a bit of a different vibe than being in a small booth or a house, but the work is still the same kind of grind. We don't have any fancy brochures filled with promises. We just try to plan things out as best as we can and hope the execution goes smoothly. Things change quickly in the development world, so you have to be ready to pivot. We’ve got a good group of people here who don't mind putting in the extra time when a project is at a critical stage. We’re just another office on M.G Road, doing our part to get things built.
