BMS GLOBAL BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at H. No-53 in Block-F of Rajendra Park, which is a fairly residential part of Gurugram. It is a house that we use for BMS GLOBAL BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. When you walk in, you aren't greeted by a secretary; you just find us working in one of the rooms. Rajendra Park has its own character, with narrow streets and kids playing outside, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have set up some desks and filing cabinets where we keep track of all our construction projects. Being in 122001 means we are close enough to the main parts of Gurgaon but tucked away from the worst of the highway noise. We often have materials being delivered or picked up, so there is always some activity near the front gate. The neighbors are used to us by now and they know what we do. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather put that effort into the actual build sites we manage. Most of our day is spent coordinating with laborers and checking on supplies. It’s honest work and we do it from a place that feels comfortable. The walls are a bit plain and the lighting is just standard, but it works for what we need to get done every day.
