Blf Infratech Private Limited operates out of Vpo Bhondsi, right along the Sohna Road area in Badshahpur. It’s a bit further out from the main Gurugram hub, which gives us a different perspective on how things are growing. Being in Bhondsi means we’re close to where a lot of the new infrastructure is actually happening. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep our equipment records and meet with the guys from the field. We do a lot of work that involves the groundwork of construction. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of the time, we’re dealing with trucks, materials, and local permits. Sohna Road has changed so much lately with all the new flyovers and residential blocks popping up. We’ve seen the traffic get heavier, but it also means there’s more work for us. We don’t put out big advertisements or anything. Most of our work comes from being around and knowing the local land. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it’ll take. The office is usually open early because the construction world starts before the sun is fully up. It’s hard work, and the summers are brutal out here, but we’re a steady bunch. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks and managing the infrastructure.
