We are based right on Sohna Road, specifically in Village Bhondsi. It is a part of the Sohna Tehsil area in Gurgaon. Bhondsi Developers is basically just a group of us who know this land inside out. Our office is at 789-Vill Bhondsi. It's a growing spot, lots of dust and new projects popping up everywhere. We handle a lot of the development stuff that goes on around here. It isn't a glamorous job, mostly checking on plots and making sure the paperwork for the land is sorted. We spend a lot of time outdoors or driving down the main road. The weather in Gurgaon can be tough, especially the heat, but the work doesn't stop. We know the local people because most of us grew up near here. It helps to have that connection when you're dealing with property. We don't have a massive corporate team; it's mostly local guys who understand the soil and the local rules. People often stop by just to ask about what's happening with the nearby fields. We try to be helpful. The 122102 area is changing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the office is a bit chaotic with all the documents, but we find what we need eventually. We aren't fancy, just practical people doing business in our own neighborhood.
