We have our space over at the Airtel Centre, right on Plot Number 16 in Udyog Vihar Phase IV. It is a well-known spot in Gurgaon and most people around here know the building. Bharti Real Estates has been around for a bit, handling different property matters. Even though the building itself is quite large and always busy, our daily routine is pretty grounded and quiet. We deal with lots of paperwork and keeping track of various real estate holdings. Udyog Vihar is always buzzing with people and cars, so there is a lot of energy around the area. We just keep our heads down and get through the work we have to do. It is not all glamour like some people might think. There are many hours spent on the phone or checking maps and legal documents. We have a team that has been together for a long time, so we know how to work with each other well. We do not go for big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just prefer to handle the business at hand. The office is functional and does exactly what we need it to do. Sometimes the traffic getting into Phase IV is a real nightmare, but that is just life in Gurgaon. We have seen the city change so much from our windows over the years. We are just one part of the bigger picture here, trying to keep things organized.
